Srinivas is a Director in the firm directing and guiding solutioning and technical matters. He has over 30+ years of robust experience in finance and strategic/management roles that included setting up offshore presence for global companies. Notable companies where he worked are IBM, Unisys, Yahoo!, Sonus Networks, Tecnotree and MTG Group.

Apart from being a Chartered Accountant, he has also completed Executive General Management Program from IIM, Bangalore. In addition, he also holds a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA (UK), Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI and Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA (UK).

In the past, he held leadership roles of Director, Vice President and CFO for fast growing global companies. He was instrumental in framing & implementing strategies to drive growth, productivity, profitability and improved cash flows by optimizing & channelizing resources and restructured operations.

Srinivas is passionate for systems, processes, restructuring and data driven approach to business with use of technology to help organizations achieve tangible benefits. His areas of expertise include financial reporting under IFRS/ US GAAP/ Ind-AS, business restructuring & transformation, designing & implementing IT/ ERP systems and M&A.
