Arun is a highly experienced Marketing and Advertising professional with more than 24 years of experience behind him.

He is a Postgraduate in Advertising and Communications Management from Delhi and is an alumnus of the prestigious Sri Ram College of Commerce.

Arun has had myriad experiences in the marketing and media field with specializations in Television, Print, Outdoors, Mobile and Digital Advertising. He has been a part of many startups and has had the experience of managing the P&L setups for various companies.

In the past, he has held leadership roles in companies such as UTV, MTV, Asianet (now Star TV), Blyk Media, Group M, etc. He has formulated and implemented marketing and media strategies for companies and has maximized the output for them.

He has had his fair share of experiences in passionately building brands, customer acquisition, customer satisfaction and business development for multiple companies.

Arun is a regular speaker at various seminars on topics related to digital marketing, changing face of media and big data.

Sangeeta leads the Digital Services vertical for Valueonshore Advisors. She is a qualified Cost & Management Accountant and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Before joining the firm, she held senior finance positions in organisations like Central Park Estate, Maruti Udyog, Sona Koyo and BHP Infrastructure. She has over 30 years of experience in servicing large organisations in diverse sectors including areas of Real Estate, Auto, Services, FMCG and Pharma.

Sangeeta has actively participated in shaping the strategic direction and consistently providing crucial decision support for business growth, restructuring and organizational improvements. She has managed diverse roles and initiatives including sales enhancement, profitability improvement, ERP implementation, policy formulation, ERP implementation and Financial Reporting & MIS frameworks.

At Valueonshore Advisors, she helps clients accelerate digital transformation by providing integrated solutions that capture, develop, secure, integrate, analyse and optimize data.

Vikram heads the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) vertical of Valueonshore Advisors. He is an MBA from Stern School, New York University and prior to joining Valueonshore, Vikram has worked with Coca Cola, Reliance, Ernst & Young, Star TV
and ANZ Grindlays Bank in the transaction advisory vertical.

Vikram has over 25 years of Investment Banking & Capital Markets experience spanning more than 175 deals valued at over $2 billion. It covers the full range of mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, debt placement, restructuring and business advisory across sectors such as Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Energy, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Services, etc.

Vikram played a key role in BusinessWorld’s divestiture from ABP Group in October 2013 and continues to guide the management in its working. He is also a Director on the Board of European Technology & Business Center (EBTC), a European Union seeded organization.

Navin is a Senior Manager with the Digital Solutions Vertical of Valueonshore Advisors. He has 12 years of extensive experience with NetSuite and Oracle ERPs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

Specific to NetSuite he has 8 years of experience and has handled various engagements on enhancements, customizations and support functions. He has great team handling capabilities, has trained resources for building the NetSuite practice and has also done the Netsuite foundation certification course. He is well versed with Suitescript 2.0, 2.1 and has good experience in Order to Cash, Lead to cash ERP cycles.

He has guided teams for preparing Technical & Functional design documents and guided clients in terms of flow as per the requirements in scope documents.
