Shashank is a Vice President, Business Risk Services. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University.

He is an experienced Professional with more than 20 years of in-depth experience in Internal audit, Risk assessment and management, SOX and IFC, Business process design and re-engineering, SOP documentation and designing, Contract management, Third Party vendor governance and management, Process transformation, optimization, transition & automation, Business Continuity Management.

Prior to joining Valueonshore Advisors, he worked with companies such as Tenon group, EY India, Mazars India, BILT and Sahani Natrajan and Bahl (SNB).

He carries a mix of Industry and Consulting experience in handling multiple solutions in Governance & Risk Management domain through multiple industries for global clients in India, Asia, UK, and USA.
