Puneet is the Assistant Vice President – BRS at Valueonshore Advisors. He is a qualified Cost Accountant (India) and a certified CSOE professional.

With over 14 years of experience across the India and UAE in Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance across diverse global industries, Puneet brings extensive exposure to working with leading consulting firms (Big 4) and multinational organizations.

He has demonstrated strong expertise in SOX compliance, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Governance Frameworks. Puneet’s experience spans across leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, driving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Prior to joining Valueonshore Advisors, Puneet worked with EY, KPMG, EY GDS, and Mazars, gaining extensive experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, IFC/ICoFR, and process transformation and optimization.
