Reshma is the Vice President – Client Solutions, UAE at Valueonshore Advisors. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (India), a Certified Internal Auditor (United States), and a certified IFRS professional.

With over 17 years of experience across the UAE and India, she brings a strong blend of advisory and corporate finance expertise. Having built her foundation with leading global firms such as KPMG, Ernst & Young, and McKinsey & Company, she has gone on to lead finance for PE/VC backed prominent growth stage organisations.

Her expertise lies in setting up and scaling high performing finance teams from scratch, establishing financial reporting discipline, ensuring audit readiness, and leading end-to-end audit cycles. She has extensive experience in GAAP transitions, multi-geography reporting, and consolidations.

As a member of senior leadership teams, she has contributed significantly to strategic growth initiatives, including IPO readiness, securing debt fund raise, process optimisation, and digital transformation.

Shitij Soin is an Assistant Vice President at Valueonshore Advisors. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from IMT Ghaziabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

With over 28 years of experience, including more than 20 years in the BPM and consulting industries, he has supported and managed global clients across sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, FMCG, and telecom. His expertise lies in process improvement and automation within supply chain services, specifically in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), accounts payable, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Shitij has extensive experience in delivery operations, transitioning business processes, process transformation, P&L management, leading multi-location delivery operations, and managing teams of 400-500 FTEs globally.

Prior to joining Valueonshore Advisors, Shitij worked at Genpact, Infosys, and Corbus LLC. He has successfully implemented transformation initiatives to drive productivity and efficiency, managed multi-location client accounts, and led global accounts for accounts payable and receivable processes.
