In his last role, he was the Senior Director, Controller India Region at PepsiCo.

He is also an Independent director of Mahindra HZPC Pvt. Ltd. which is a joint venture of Mahindra Agri Solutions Limited (a group company of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd) and HZPC Holding B.V. world’s largest seed potato player based out of Holland.

He is currently the managing partner of the Bankers Helping Bankers (BHB) Fund, a venture firm backed by community banks that invests in bank technology companies and was previously the chief investment officer at Naples Technology Ventures. Neeraj has deep operating experience as the chief financial officer of four different companies that ranged from early-stage venture backed start-ups to global, private equity backed companies. With over 20 years of experience in IT, including 15 years in M&A IT, Shobana has worked with Big 4 firms, managed her own company, supported Fortune 500 companies, Private Equity firms, and SMBs

Shobana has led strategic initiatives and built globally distributed teams. She previously established and managed an Advisory practice for a Fortune 100 company, delivering large-scale IT strategy and transformation projects aligned with corporate growth objectives.

Prior to joining VOS Advisors, she served as an interim CIO for a Private Equity company and set up an M&A Center of Excellence (CoE) to help clients maximize deal value. Her expertise includes IT due diligence, deal strategy alignment, Transition Services Agreements, IT contract negotiations, and leading IMO/SMO.

She has supported over 100 deals in the last 15 years.
