Dipti is Vice President with the Financial Advisory & Accounting Services (FAAS) team of the firm. She is a seasoned CFO and Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 27 years of global finance leadership across the Technology, FMCG and Shared Services sectors.

Dipti brings extensive experience in CFO advisory, business partnering, global controllership, finance transformation, FP&A, governance, M&A integration and leading multi-country finance organizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Dipti served as Senior Director – Finance, Asia Pacific at Dunnhumby, where she led finance across 13 legal entities supporting a GBP 450M business, driving finance transformation, working capital optimization, governance and operational excellence. She has also held senior finance leadership roles with Philips, SC Johnson, Agilent Technologies, Honeywell and Ingram Micro, leading strategic finance initiatives across commercial finance, shared services, ERP transformation and post-merger integration.
