Gaurav brings over 22 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services, with a strong track record of leading large-scale financial operations across geographies and driving complex transition and transformation initiatives.

His expertise spans Finance & Accounting (F&A), process re-engineering, and operational excellence, with deep domain knowledge across Banking, Insurance, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

Prior to joining Valueonshore Advisors, Gaurav held leadership roles at NIIT SmartServe, Max New York Life, Xchanging Technologies, HSBC, AIG, and Accenture, where he consistently delivered value through efficiency, transformation, and scalable operating models.
