Kewal has over 30+ years of senior level experience across the finance and consulting services. He has worked for companies in diverse sectors including technology, digital media, private equity, hedge funds, law firms, and manufacturing.

Kewal has worked with advisory firms including. RBSM, RSM, and KPMG before embarking on a corporate journey with Essar and Structure Tech. He was a Controller with Essar Steel and then Chief Financial Officer at ERMG LLC and StructureTech New York Inc.

He is passionate for data driven approach to business and leveraging on technology to enhance business outcomes. His areas of specialization include financial reporting, GAAP Advisory, accounting & reporting and transaction advisory.

Kewal is an active member of various prestigious finance, corporate governance and accounting advisory groups, consistently participating in conferences and seminars to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
