Madhumita Singh Bhasin is an experienced CFO and strategic finance leader with 20+ years of experience across financial strategy, corporate governance, treasury, investor relations, fundraising, M&A and due diligence.

Prior to joining Valueonshore, she held senior finance roles where she managed treasury, banking, regulatory compliance, cash flow and EBITDA forecasting, corporate loans, bank guarantees and due diligence, while engaging extensively with financial institutions, auditors and consultants.

She began her career in the US with Rich Products Corporation, where she worked across product management, innovation, market analysis and commercialization.

Madhumita brings strong board and governance experience, having served as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director of Williamson Magor’s Co. Ltd. and Director of Babcock Borsig Ltd.

She holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing and a BA in Sociology & Economics from the University at Buffalo.
