Sanjiv is a Senior Director at Valueonshore Advisors with a strong background in commerce and a postgraduate from the Indian School of Business (ISB). He is a fellow member of the Institute of Directors (IOD) and a certified mentor passionate
about guiding young professionals. With 39 years of experience in the IT and Telecom industry, Sanjiv has been a senior management advisor, significantly impacting business growth and strategy.

Prior to joining Valueonshore, he was with AT&T for 25 years. He was Vice President at AT&T Singapore, where he managed the Asia Pacific business for ASEAN customers, contributing to the region’s rapid growth. Before moving to Singapore, Sanjiv was Chairman & CEO of AT&T India. He was instrumental in establishing the company’s presence, securing telecom licenses, building a high-performing team, and driving substantial business growth.

Sanjiv also held key positions at IBM India as Country Manager for Global Network Services and worked with HCL-Hewlett Packard in various roles and also initiated AT&T India’s CSR program, actively contributing to social causes.

Sanjiv’s areas of expertise include business strategy and planning, executive management, CRM, Go-to-Market strategy, sales management, and initiating CSR Programs for corporates.
