Her expertise spans HR strategy, leadership development, digital HR transformation, and organisational design. She has successfully led major talent initiatives, post-merger integrations, and global HR process improvements, bringing a people-first yet data-driven approach to every assignment.

Prior to joining Valueonshore Advisors, she held senior roles at Stem Inc., Hexagon Geosystems, Pearl Global Industries, S&P Global, and Dell, contributing significantly to talent development, inclusive culture-building, and operational excellence.
