Sudha Michel is a Senior Vice President with Valueonshore Advisors, leading business expansion in the US. She is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from Southern California, and is based in the Silicon Valley, California.

She has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, IT services, business intelligence, and strategic leadership, including 12 years as an entrepreneur with successful M&A exits. Her expertise includes operational efficiency, business integration, and revenue growth across global organizations.

Sudha currently serves as the Chairperson of the San Francisco Chapter of ICAI, driving ICAI’s expansion across US cities and building a network of Chartered Accountants.

Prior to joining Valueonshore, she held leadership roles at Nisum, Innive Inc., and VMware, overseeing business transformation, offshore development, and post-merger integration.

Sudha is an avid runner who has completed multiple half marathons and enjoys hiking adventures around the world.
