Neeraj is a Member of the Advisory Board of Valueonshore Advisors and is based in Washington, DC.

He is currently the managing partner of the Bankers Helping Bankers (BHB) Fund, a venture firm backed by community banks that invests in bank technology companies and was previously the chief investment officer at Naples Technology Ventures. Neeraj has deep operating experience as the chief financial officer of four different companies that ranged from early-stage venture backed start-ups to global, private equity backed companies. Neeraj started his career in equity research and investment banking.

He is a Bachelor of Economics and MBA – Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. As an industry thought leader, Neeraj participates in seminars / panel discussions organized by professional bodies related to private equity, financial reporting, banking, corporate governance etc.
