Srinivas is a Director in the firm directing and guiding solutioning and technical matters. He has over 30 years of robust experience in finance and strategic/management roles that included setting up offshore presence for global companies. Notable companies where he worked are IBM, Unisys, Yahoo!, Sonus Networks, Tecnotree and MTG Group.

Apart from being a Chartered Accountant, he has also completed Executive General Management Program from IIM, Bangalore. In addition, he also holds a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA (UK), Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI and Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA (UK).

In the past, he held leadership roles of Director, Vice President and CFO for fast growing global companies. He was instrumental in framing & implementing strategies to drive growth, productivity, profitability and improved cash flows by optimizing & channelizing resources and restructured operations.

Srinivas is passionate for systems, processes, restructuring and data driven approach to business with use of technology to help organizations achieve tangible benefits. His areas of expertise include financial reporting under IFRS/ US GAAP/ Ind-AS, business restructuring & transformation, designing & implementing IT/ ERP systems and M&A.

Raj is Vice President with our Financial Advisory & Accounting Services vertical. He is a CPA (US), CMA (India), postgraduate in General Management and a commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta.

Raj has more than 25 years of industry and advisory experience in various leadership roles such as a CFO, Finance Controller and Financial Consultant. Prior to joining Valueonshore Advisors, he has worked with FBP Consultants, EFS Facilities Services LLC, SAMA Dubai LLC and APL Emirates LLC.

His experience spans across Financial Accounting & Reporting, Budgeting & Controls, Process Design & Management, Specialized Audits, Taxation, Treasury and Banking, Virtual CFO services, US GAAP, etc. for companies in manufacturing, hospitality, food & beverages, real estate, shipping, logistics, retail and film exhibitions.

Raj has also extensively advised mid to large organisations on various finance restructuring and strategic initiatives.

Jyoti Aggarwal is an Assistant Vice President – FAAS at Valueonshore Advisors. She is also a US Certified Public Accountant (licensed by the Montana State Board) with over 19 years of experience in accounting, reporting, FP&A, and global finance operations.

Jyoti brings deep expertise in US GAAP/ IFRS, financial reporting, SOX/ Internal Controls, and finance transformation, with a strong track record of delivering timely, audit-ready outputs across the US, APAC, and EMEA.

Jyoti has extensive experience leading large global teams and managing complex engagements, partnering with CFOs and senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance.

Prior to joining Valueonshore Advisors, she worked with leading organizations such as Accenture, HSBC, Genpact, and EXL, serving clients across banking and financial services, investment management, technology, travel, pharmaceuticals, and GCCs.
