Neha is Senior Vice President (Markets) with Valueonshore Advisors. She is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Cost Accountant from The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.

Neha has over 20 years of rich experience in the financial services sector across corporate and institutional banking, client relationship management, business development, management consulting, audit, and stressed asset resolution. She has held leadership positions as Senior Vice President and Vice President in various fast-growing global companies and has been instrumental in building relationships with large and mid-sized clients across industry sectors and geographies.

Together with financial expertise, she has a sound understanding of client needs, assessing key risks and mitigants in a transaction, and has successfully structured innovative solutions for clients. She has been helping companies in their fundraising, trade, and treasury requirements in both domestic and offshore markets and has worked on some marquee syndicated transactions for large conglomerates.

Prior to Valueonshore, she worked with premier organizations such as IIFL Wealth, DBS Bank, ICICI Bank, Accenture and KPMG in various leadership roles.

Raj is Vice President with our Financial Advisory & Accounting Services vertical. He is a CPA (US), CMA (India), postgraduate in General Management and a commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta.

Raj has more than 25 years of industry and advisory experience in various leadership roles such as a CFO, Finance Controller and Financial Consultant. Prior to joining Valueonshore Advisors, he has worked with FBP Consultants, EFS Facilities Services LLC, SAMA Dubai LLC and APL Emirates LLC.

His experience spans across Financial Accounting & Reporting, Budgeting & Controls, Process Design & Management, Specialized Audits, Taxation, Treasury and Banking, Virtual CFO services, US GAAP, etc. for companies in manufacturing, hospitality, food & beverages, real estate, shipping, logistics, retail and film exhibitions.

Raj has also extensively advised mid to large organisations on various finance restructuring and strategic initiatives.

Deepti is a Senior Manager with the FAAS vertical of Valueonshore Advisors. She has a rich experience of 11 years in Assurance & Accounting, Financial reporting and Taxation in Manufacturing, Exports, Telecommunication and service sector.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost & Management Accountant, Bachelor of Commerce from the Delhi University and Master of Commerce from Delhi University.

Before joining Valueonshore Advisors, Deepti has worked with Rakesh Raj & Associates, Shahi Exports and Vodafone Idea Limited.

She has led reconciliation projects related to accounts payable, vendor balances differences, inter-company balances, fixed assets, accounts receivable and money movement. She has also been instrumental in the resolution of discrepancies related to such differences.

Her experience also entails accounting functions, financial statement preparation, Tax computations, FP&A reporting, analysis of automated data generated from data analytics platform.
